Hello! I’m Brieta and I’d like to thank you for visiting our website. Our family really enjoys playing music together, and it is a privilege for us to share it with you. I started playing harp ten years ago, when I was ten years old. I must admit that learning to play the harp was actually the easier part of this CD. The harder part was learning about myself—how selfish I can be, and how challenging it is to honor my parents' wishes above my own. Yet just as a butterfly struggling out of its cocoon prepares its wings to fly, so some of my struggles have given me opportunity to truly soar.
The songs on this CD are a tribute to our Master, who has given us a song in our hearts. You see, my family and I would not be here today were it not for the love of a man who gave His life for us. This man died a horrible death so that we could live lives in a whole new way.
Although this man died, he is still alive—in our hearts. He walks with us, talks with us, laughs with us, and even cries with us. He is so much than a historical figure or someone to turn to when you’re having a rough time. He wants to be your very best friend! You may have heard of his name, but possibly do not know Him in the personal way that we do.
